HFHSBC Board & Family,

The time has come for me to step aside from the position of Executive Director of HFHSBC and move on into some sort of retirement.  I believe it is time for someone with new ideas and a fresh outlook (And undoubtedly better tech & social media skills)!   I have loved the experience and hope you all see this as an opportunity to grow our affiliate in new and exciting ways.  I am willing to continue serving in this capacity until the end of 2021, if necessary, and will be more than glad to help with the training & orientation of the next ED.  This notice will hopefully give the Board sufficient time to find a new Executive Director and complete training & orientation before the end of the year.
I plan on continuing to volunteer on future builds and occasionally at the ReStore after stepping down.  I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the wonderful volunteers who make it fun and exciting to come together and make a difference in the lives of our homeowners.  I will always consider us one big family!  Let us continue for many years to come building Homes, Communities, and Hope!
God Bless,
